When I was a teenager, I thought that posting out Christmas cards was an old fashioned thing to do which pretty much nobody of my generation was thinking about doing. I no longer believe that and so now I hand out Christmas cards every Christmas. It's really a lot of fun to give and get sent cards and it's also an exceptional way to remain in contact with friends and family who I possibly would not be able to speak to during the rest of the year.

I fairly recently learnt that Christmas cards have become a collectors item so I am looking into collecting Christmas cards. I keep any different cards I see during the holiday season but also look around on the net for Christmas cards. They can be bought all year round and a good way to get them is at auction.
